Great experience with Kia Medford. Flew from Fresno, CA to Medford to pickup our new 2023 Kia Soul LX. Was met at the airport by our salesman, Andrew Bingham(much appreciated). He was swift, thorough & very easy to work with. Went over everything in the car & got me all set up to drive back to Fresno. And, Sebastian Wells was equally professional and personalble. Andre was excellent to work with! He was focused but still fun. He made our purchase experience easier and we were not happy campers when we arrived. He knew his product and has been easy to reach since our purchase if needed with anything. We felt that they did what they could to get us the best deal possible in our situation. The general manager also worked with us personally. We went in very hesitant and we feel great about our purchase and experience. Road trip was a success!! This was my second vehicle purchase from Kia of Medford … and once again, they did not disappoint! Jon was very knowledgeable, kind and thorough, and made me feel very welcome and comfortable. He really is the best I have ever come across. The finance officer was also very friendly and smart making the process very quick and painless! What a fantastic team they have there! I hope their GM knows how valuable an asset those two are.
